Caring for the World

Who We Are
Caring for the World empowers Temple Chayai Shalom members to extend kindness and justice beyond our own community by giving back in meaningful ways. Through projects like our annual Mitzvah Day, we join together in acts of service that brighten lives and strengthen connections — whether visiting residents at the Arbors Assisted Living, helping with local clean-up efforts, or creating gifts and activities for children in need. Each effort, from assembling goody bags for Birthday Wishes to fundraising for Boston Children’s Hospital, reflects our commitment to making a positive difference in the wider world.
Caring for the World is an umbrella organization for other good works performed by various TCS organizations and committees such as Sisterhood, Brotherhood, Youth and Sr. Chai.
