Vintage 50: A Golden Anniversary Wine Tasting
THIS Saturday, January 24 at 6:30pm
Raise a glass in celebration of Temple Chayai Shalom’s 50th year!
Guests will embark on a global wine journey from California to France, Italy, Israel,
South Pacific, and beyond, guided by a Sommelier and paired with finger foods from
each region. With music, community, and a keepsake etched wine glass, this golden evening
promises to be both a celebration of tradition and a toast to our future.

Saturday, May 2, 2026, evening
Join us for an elegant evening with cocktails, dinner, live music, dancing, and celebrating
 our honorees Craig Barger, Mike Cohen, Joe Emerson, Rhonda Jellenik, Mike Kamens,
Adam Kempner, Bob Krentzman, and David Reichman. These volunteers have given
so much of themselves to sustain this congregation, and we are excited to show our appreciation
for their dedication. Bring family and friends to share in this special 50th anniversary celebration.

50 Acts of Kindness: Rosh ha-Shanah 2025 to Rosh ha-Shanah 2026
We encourage all TCS members to perform 50 Acts of Kindness over the next year.
Write them down – we’ll provide the form – and next Rosh ha-Shanah, we’ll total them
up as a Congregation. We’ll also highlight one Act each week in the Monday newsletter.
